The Bulletins provide general descriptions of the academic environment at the University: campus facilities, degree programs, curricular requirements, course offerings, and rules and regulations. Changes can be made with little or no notice. Each student must take the initiative in ascertaining and meeting the requirements of the University and of the particular program in which he or she is enrolled.
